☀️ Details

  • When: Mondays at 8:30 AM (Starting Monday June 2)

  • Where: Middlefork Savannah - park at trailhead, meet at rabbit statue

  • Duration: Approximately 60 minutes

  • Pace: Slow, reflective walking

  • Bring: Walking shoes, water, and what helps you feel present

  • Weather: Rain or shine, unless conditions are unsafe
