Out of Office > On the Trail
Leave the inbox behind and reconnect with what matters most—your breath, your body, and your sense of direction.
Out of Office, On The Trail is a guided walking experience through the serene landscapes of Lake Forest Open Lands, created for high-achieving mid-lifers feeling the weight of burnout, decision fatigue, or too many Zoom calls.
Led by executive coach Dave O’Connor, these weekly walks offer space to slow down, reflect, and restore. Along the trail, you’ll receive light prompts, mindful pauses, and moments of quiet to process what’s next—without pressure, performance, or a to-do list.
No fitness goals. No final destination. Just room to breathe.
